HashLink Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has established guidelines for secondary creation related to our company's NFT (hereinafter referred to as "our NFT"), which is provided through TokyoMongzHillsClub, to allow many people to enjoy it. These guidelines (hereinafter referred to as "these guidelines") for secondary creation related to our NFT are applied in conjunction with the terms of use, guidelines, and other rules (hereinafter collectively referred to as "terms and conditions") established by our company for each individual project and constitute a part thereof.

During the period in which a holder of our NFT (hereinafter referred to as "holder") possesses our NFT, the holder may freely create secondary creations using the NFT they hold.

The holder may perform simple processing such as resizing and trimming for the purpose of creating secondary creations. However, excessive processing, such as trimming or editing that impairs the uniqueness of the held NFT, color correction (adding parts to other NFTs issued by our company, replacing backgrounds, changing colors to different ones), is not allowed.

In the case of non-profit purposes only, the holder may use the logo of "TokyoMongzHillsClub" that has been made public in their secondary creations. For the commercial use of the logo or trademark of "TokyoMongzHillsClub," we require permission in principle. Please contacttmhc_support@hashlink.jpby email for inquiries.

The holder may freely sell the secondary creations they have created.

The following secondary creations are prohibited:

• Those that damage the image of "Tokyo Mongz Hills Club" or those that have the potential to do so

• Those that mislead viewers into believing they are official content of "Tokyo Mongz Hills Club"

• Those that infringe or have the potential to infringe on the rights of others

• Those that reuse other people's secondary creations made based on our established terms and guidelines without the creators' consent

• Those with specific ideological, religious, or political content

• Those that are considered significantly inappropriate in terms of social norms, such as excessive sexual or violent expressions, antisocial content that disparages specific individuals, groups, races, etc.

• By creating a secondary creation of our NFT, the holder is deemed to have agreed to these guidelines.

• The contents of these guidelines may be subject to change without notice. Please always check for the latest contents when creating secondary creations.

• Secondary creations are carried out at the holder's own responsibility. Even if trouble or damage occurs during the process of creating secondary creations or with the secondary creations themselves, our company will not be held responsible.

• we deem it necessary (not limited to violations of our terms and conditions or these guidelines), we may ask you to cease creating or selling derivative works. In such cases, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result.

• The laws of Japan shall govern these guidelines. Any disputes related to these guidelines shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
